Taken at 1.09pm on 30 July 2005. I specifically went out for this photo. Driving up and down the Palmerstone Highway from Innisfail, this windmill had previously captured my interest. It doesn't look like this anymore - in March of 2006, Cyclone Larry came across the coast at Innisfail, and caused considerable damage in the area; this windmill, though still standing, is majorly bent up and broken, and the trees could not even be called a shadow of what we see in this photo. |
